I give you several file types so I hope you can use one of them. But, in the event that you can't, there is a site here that you can use to convert your SVG file.
When you complete your purchase, you agree to the terms that state that you have made sure that you don't already own the item, that it is compatible and that ou understand that we cannot offer refunds on downloadable files. However, if the file is not working for you, please reach out to me to see if we can fix the file.
I accept PayPal for PayPal accounts and credit cards, as well as I accept credit cards through Stripe.
Extended licenses must be discussed on an individual basis. You can use my items commercially, but you need to read how to use them via the terms page.
When you complete your purchase, you can access your file on the confirmation screen, or you can always go up under Shop/My Account and your completed orders will show here. You should receive an email as well that you can use to download your purchase.
Make sure that the email is not in your spam or bulk folder. The email should come from email@example.com. Please add this email address to your contacts to avoid this in the future. Then, log in to your account under Shop/My Account and your completed orders will show there where you may download.
Locate your zip file that you downloaded, for Windows users you can right-click on the file and choose Extract All. Pick a location for your files to extract to, and Extract. For Mac users, double-click on the zip file and it will extract to a new folder.
You can redownload your purchases at any time. Please make appropriate backups. If the product becomes retired or archived, we may no longer have the file for you.
We provide you with: JPG, PDF, SVG, PNG and DXF files so that ou can use them with your machines. Machines include: Cricut Explore, Silhouette Cameo, Portrait, and Curio. You can also use SVG files with Sure Cuts a Lot (SCAL). Our files also work with Make the Cut (MTC).
