I’m obsessed with Galaxy backgrounds and art. A while back, I did a watercolor print of a galaxy in a jar, so I wanted to recreate the background idea using Procreate. Let’s learn how to make a galaxy watercolor background with Procreate for brush lettering in this week’s tutorial.
What You’ll Need to Make a Galaxy in Procreate
*Throwback Thursday Note: this is a post from 2017. We are re-promoting it. While Procreate has had updates over the years you should still be able to follow along and make this!
For this tutorial, you’ll need:
- Procreate (this was a version in 2017, your screen may look different)
- Default Nebula Brush found in Procreate in the Luminance section
- Default Glitter Brush found in Procreate in the Luminance section
- Your imagination!
