Here’s how to use our products! Look for the type of product you’re downloading for complete instructions below.

Download Issues

If you're having trouble with your email order links, try logging into your shop account and reviewing your order dashboard, and downloading from there.

Note About Where Your Files Go When You Download Them

  • All files you purchase from us will go to your Files App in the Downloads folder.
  • Please allow ample time for them to complete the download process. When you don't allow ample time you will encounter file errors trying to unzip or import them. We recommend downloading one item at a time until it completes. This process will go as fast or slow depending on your connectivity to the Internet.

How to find your Files App: swipe down on your iPad home screen and in the search type: Files

Still Having Issues?

  1. Download the file from the store order dashboard rather than your order email.
  2. Close out of all of your apps
  3. Check settings for an iOS update - you may have to pull down to refresh so something shows. If there is, update it. If not, do step 3.
  4. Reboot your device

If those don't work please submit a support ticket to us that is linked to your account.

Procreate

Brushes Install

Our Brushes for Procreate will be in a zip file. If they aren't or you have unzipped them they will be a .brushset file. That means that all brushes in that set are in one file together.

  • Your files will download to your Files App/Downloads Folder
  • If your set is in a zip file (with all the products included in one compressed folder, press it to unzip and then let the folder sync to your iCloud. Once complete you can open the folder and navigate your files included in the purchase.
  • Locate the .brushset file
  • Press on the file and it will automatically import into Procreate
  • You won't see it most likely until you go into Procreate and create a new canvas and open the brushes palette. These appear at the top of the palette.
Procreate Files Such as Our BuJo Starter Packs
