Note About Where Your Files Go When You Download Them
All files you purchase from us will go to your Files App in the Downloads folder. Please allow ample time for them to complete the download process. When you don't allow ample time you will encounter file errors trying to unzip or import them. We recommend downloading one item at a time until it completes.
