Here’s how to use our products! Look for the type of product you’re downloading for complete instructions below.

Note About Where Your Files Go When You Download Them

All files you purchase from us will go to your Files App in the Downloads folder. Please allow ample time for them to complete the download process. When you don't allow ample time you will encounter file errors trying to unzip or import them. We recommend downloading one item at a time until it completes. This process will go as fast or slow depending on your connectivity to the Internet.

How to find your Files App: swipe down on your iPad home screen and in the search type: Files

Still Having Issues?

  1. Download the file from the store order dashboard rather than your order email.
  2. Close out of all of your apps
  3. Check settings for an iOS update - you may have to pull down to refresh so something shows. If there is, update it. If not, do step 3.
  4. Reboot your device

If those don't work please submit a support ticket to us that is linked to your account.

Digital Planning

GoodNotes Stickers

When GoodNotes was in Version 4, it would export the files as a .goodnotes.zip extension which always confused people into thinking they needed to unzip the file. You don’t have to do that. You would import the file as is into GoodNotes. Some of our older listings in the store are still GoodNotes 4 files. Please carefully review the file extension first.

However, when iPad OS came out in January 2020, pressing on a .zip file it will automatically unzip files for you. This is great, but means that when you click on a file exported from GoodNotes via version 4 it wants to unzip it.

For all GoodNotes Sticker files (even the .goodnotes.zip files from Version 4):

  • Your files will download to your Files App/Downloads Folder
  • If your set is in a zip file (with all the products included in one compressed folder, press it to unzip and then let the folder sync to your iCloud. Once complete you can open the folder and navigate to your GoodNotes file.
  • Long press the file name
  • The pop up menu will appear
  • Choose ‘Share’
  • Then, choose ‘Open In’
  • And you can open this file in GoodNotes
Digital Planners, Notebooks and Bullet Journals

Our planners, notebooks and bullet journals are all PDF files. They have hyperlinks encoded into them and you can import them into any note taking app of your choice. We are not affiliated with note taking apps. Some of the popular ones are:

Using PNG Stickers

If you are not using GoodNotes, or you have received PNG files as your stickers, once you unzip them they will be in folders. You can drag and drop them into your planner following the Multitasking feature of iPad OS:

  • We recommend dragging your Files App to your dock.
  • Next, with your Planner file open in the app of your choice, pull up the dock and drag the Files App to the side of your screen (Multitasking)
  • Locate the sticker folders in the side screen
  • Now you can select them and drag them to your planner on the screen to the left.
