Please Read Before Submitting a Support Ticket to Help You Quicker

Our support hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm. MST. We are closed on weekends and all US holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response and make sure to factor in weekends, though we typically get back to you the same day.

Download an Order

Didn't get an email (that's probably because your ISP spammed our account). Login via the person icon at the top right of the website screen and locate your order history. Click on the order and download directly from our site.

How to Submit a Ticket

Existing customers, log in first, then locate your order on your Dashboard and click GET HELP next to the order you need assistance with. This will help us identify the order and help you quickly. If you're not a new customer, please register so we can log your ticket and our team can quickly assist you below - then click back on CONTACT and submit the ticket after logging in to your account. Please DO NOT USE pay per ticket. These don't allow you to submit your question and we cannot assist you without that information. Thank you.
