Didn't get an email (that's probably because your ISP spammed our account). Login via the person icon at the top right of the website screen and locate your order history. Click on the roder and download directly from our site.
Existing customers, login first, then complete the form. Or locate your order on your Dashboard and click GET HELP next to the order you need assistance with. If you're not a new customer, please register so we can log your ticket and our team can quickly assist you.

Please try this first before submitting a ticket:
Add ONE extra item to your cart from the Build a Bundle category, then refresh your car to see if it applies. If it does, remove the item and then refresh again. Your discount still should show. If it doesn't. Please make sure you are adding the total number of items from the category first. This is our first time trying this offer so any info you can offer in your support ticket after trying those steps helps our tech person find a solution. This is randomly happening!
