How to Find Your Order
You should get an email with your links. However, sometimes that may not happen depending on your spam settings or ISP. If that happens, no worries! Just tap here and you can log in to your account dashboard. Locate the Orders tab and you'll find your order history there. And, if you ever need to come back, locate the Login/Logout link in the black bar at the top of our website. That will take you to the account dashboard at any time.
If your links in your email don't work anymore, logging into your account will be the best way to get links that have been updated by us. They are the most current and it's the best way to retrieve those.

Please reach out to me so I can help you with this. Just make sure to provide your order number so I can assist you faster because I'll have to ask for that before I can proceed.

Access Your Paid Workshop
If you purchased a workshop from me, you can access it by tapping the Login/Logout link in the black be at the top of our website. This will take you to your Account Dashboard. Locate the Workshops tab and any workshops you are enrolled in will appear here. Tap the one you wish to start or resume and proceed.

Please contact me with your order number for the fastest service and be as detailed as possible. Include things like screenshots or exact error messages and that will speed things up. My support hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and closed US Holidays.
